Welcome to Syara Airport Transfers. By booking a journey through our website, phone lines, or email, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a booking.
1.1. Syara Airport Transfers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates out of 143 Hampton Rd, Ilford IG1 1PR, UK.
1.2. All vehicles and drivers operating on behalf of Syara Airport Transfers are fully licensed, insured, and regulated by the appropriate UK transport authorities.
2.1. All bookings must be made in advance via our official website, phone, or email.
2.2. A booking is only deemed confirmed once you receive a formal booking confirmation reference from us via email or text message.
2.3. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that all booking details, including travel dates, pickup times, addresses, flight numbers, passenger counts, and luggage details are correct. We are not liable for missed journeys resulting from inaccurate customer inputs.
3.1. Passengers are responsible for booking a vehicle size appropriate for their total party and total volume of luggage.
3.2. Vehicle luggage capacities are strictly enforced. Drivers reserve the right to refuse transport if total luggage exceeds the safe weight/capacity limit of the assigned vehicle.
3.3. All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times in accordance with UK law.
4.1. Flight Monitoring: We track commercial flights using the flight number provided at the time of booking. Pickup times will be automatically adjusted for delayed flights where possible.
4.2. Waiting Time: * Airport Pickups: Include [e.g., 60 minutes] of free waiting time from the actual flight landing time.
Non-Airport Pickups: Include [e.g., 15 minutes] of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
4.3. Additional waiting time beyond the free window will be charged at our standard rate of [Insert Rate, e.g., £5 per 15 minutes], plus any additional parking fees incurred.
5.1. All prices quoted include standard vehicle operations, taxes, and fuel.
5.2. Payments can be made online via credit/debit card, or in cash/card directly to the driver if agreed upon during booking.
5.3. Quotes do not include extra charges resulting from:
Incorrect pickup/drop-off addresses provided by the client.
Additional unscheduled stops requested during the journey.
Toll charges, congestion charges, or airport drop-off/pickup fees (unless explicitly stated in your quote).
6.1. Standard Cancellations: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to [e.g., 12 / 24 hours] before the scheduled pickup time.
6.2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within [e.g., 12 hours] of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the fare.
6.3. No-Shows: If a passenger fails to meet the driver or respond to calls/messages within the designated waiting period, the booking will be treated as a “No-Show” and no refund will be issued.
7.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who demonstrates abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior toward our drivers or staff.
7.2. Eating, drinking alcohol, and smoking (including e-cigarettes/vapes) are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
7.3. Passengers are financially liable for any damage or soiling caused to the vehicle (internal or external). A standard cleaning/soiling fee starting from [e.g., £50–£100] will apply to cover deep cleaning costs and vehicle downtime.
8.1. While we make every effort to ensure drivers arrive on time, Syara Airport Transfers cannot be held responsible for journey delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Unforeseen severe traffic congestion, road closures, or accidents.
Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.
Vehicle breakdowns (a replacement vehicle will be dispatched as quickly as possible).
8.2. We strongly advise passengers to schedule pickup times that allow ample buffer time for airport check-in deadlines and unexpected road delays.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
